/ ABOUT THE EVENT /

The mission of the 1st Annual Stanislaus County Caregiver Resource Fair is to provide a “one stop shop” means of support and empowerment to benefit the health and well-being of all caregivers in Stanislaus County who serve the senior population. The fair will be tailored to caregivers who serve seniors but the event is completely free and open to the public. All are welcome!

A big THANK YOU to El Rio Memory Care Community, a part of Koelsch Senior Communities, for sponsoring the venue for our first annual event: Modesto Centre Plaza! We appreciate your overwhelming support! :) Dedicated to Those with Memory Loss, El Rio Memory Care Community (Opening Fall 2017) is a care facility located directly across from Kaiser hospital in North Modesto, CA. They will house 72 residents in a caring atmosphere as they journey through life w/ Alzheimer’s and other dementias.	DID YOU KNOW? ResCare Homecare has personally offered to provide respite care for caregivers' care recipients during this event? Thanks to ResCare Homecare, Caregivers can browse the resource fair and enjoy the free continental breakfast and motivational speaker while the senior they care for is in a safe place being taken care of by professional providers. Their mission is to help the community live independently longer. They provide fitness classes, education on healthy living, physical fitness, and disease prevention. Helping people who have experienced illness or injury to remain in their home environment safely and comfortably is our goal.
