PLANNING MEETINGS

The Stanislaus County Caregiver Resource Fair is planned collaboratively with a planning committee made up of caregivers and leaders in the aging and caregiving community. The meetings are held every month starting 6-months before the event. The goal of the planning meetings is to participate in a collaborative, team driven environment to ensure that the event itself and the resources and services at the event are caregiver driven, flexible and individualized, and action-oriented and practical.

Planning meetings for the 2nd Annual Stanislaus County Caregiver Resource Fair have begun! :)

Why are we having the meeting?

This is the 4th meeting for the 2nd Annual Stanislaus County Caregiver Resource Fair. This meeting is being held to review the progress of the action items from the last meeting as well as to provide an opportunity for caregivers (and anyone else interested) to be involved in and contribute to the planning process for this event. At the planning meetings we typically review what we've been able to accomplish so far and receive advice and support from the committee members and attendees that are able to come - it's our way of ensuring that a collaborative approach is being used in the planning process of the event.

The event would not be possible if it wasn't for the information and guidance that we receive at these meetings so we always encourage the public and leaders in the community to attend.

Spread the Word!

Your participation is important and will help the committee team identify any gaps in the planning process. Please tell your friends and colleagues about this important meeting and encourage them to attend! Feel free to forward the invitation. :) Thank you for your continued interest in the Stanislaus County Caregiver Resource Fair. We hope to see you at the meeting!

Best wishes,
