We strive to expand this event every year to offer caregivers the resources and services and free seminars they need to be the best caregiver that they can be. Please feel free to help in any way that you can. Check out our sponsorship levels HERE!

If you'd like to be a vendor and offer an informational booth at this event, feel free to sign-up by sending the information on the registration form below in an email to caregiverresourcefair@gmail.com. Please note that in order for your registration to be final, we'll need to collect the $100 donation for your vendor space (non-profits & sponsors waived). Keep scrolling to find a step by step guide on how to pay online.

How do I submit my vendor fee donation? 

IN PERSON OR MAIL-IN CHECK  SUBMISSION

Mail or submit your check in person to: Kristin Mostowski, Community Hospice,

4368 Spyres Way, Modesto, CA 95356 (Please note Vendor Fee - Caregiver Fair on check).

Make sure you either email (caregiverresourcefair@gmail.com), mail in, or text (949.878.2924) your vendor registration information for submission if you plan on having an informational booth at the event.
